Is hardware covered?
Hardware repair is not covered, but our support is. We specialize in fixing issues remotely (OS, drivers, software). If you have a hardware problem, we won't leave you stranded—we will troubleshoot to identify the exact fault and provide expert guidance on how to resolve it locally.
Can I transfer to a new PC?
Yes, the plan is transferable to a new device up to 2 times per contract year.
Are software licenses included?
No. You must purchase licenses (Windows/Office) separately. We assist with installation.
Do you support macOS?
We primarily support Windows ecosystems. Basic Mac support is available on Enterprise plans.
Is data recovery guaranteed?
We perform Level 1 recovery (software based). Physical drive failure requires a forensic lab (extra cost).
How do I pay?
