Pro & Enterprise AMC clients receive guaranteed first-response within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Standard 1-Year plan clients receive a response within 4 hours. For P1 emergencies (server crashes, ransomware), all clients receive immediate priority escalation regardless of plan tier.
No. This plan is strictly remote support only. Hardware repair, physical on-site visits, and component replacements are excluded. However, we will diagnose any hardware issue remotely, provide a detailed written fault report, and guide you clearly on what parts to purchase and what to tell a local technician.
Yes. The plan is device-transferable up to 2 times per contract year. Simply notify us before requesting support on any new device so we can update your registered device list in the agreement.
No. Software licences such as Windows, Microsoft Office, or any third-party applications must be purchased separately through authorised channels. Our plan covers installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of any software you already own.
We provide full support for Windows 7 through 11 and macOS (including Ventura, Sonoma, and Sequoia). We do not support Linux, ChromeOS, or any other operating systems. If you are unsure whether your device qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing a plan.
AMC clients can access support via Direct Call (+91-8383076516), WhatsApp, or the Support Portal at support.solvitrontech.com. Pro and Enterprise clients have priority routing so they connect to an engineer faster than the standard queue.
We accept Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and major Credit/Debit Cards. All invoices are GST-compliant with our GSTIN 07FPZPA6444F1ZI. International clients can pay via wire transfer.
You may cancel within 7 days of activation for a full refund if no support sessions have been used. After 7 days or once service has commenced, fees are non-refundable. You may transfer the remaining plan to another user or device.
